Isha Foundation is looking for Field Officers – Agriculture to join our mission-driven team. You’ll be working hands-on with farmers across Tamil Nadu, implementing and promoting natural farming practices that benefit both the land and the people. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong foundation in agriculture, a desire to serve, and a willingness to travel and connect deeply with rural communities. Key Responsibilities : Conduct regular field visits and offer hands-on support to farmers on sustainable and natural farming techniques. Deliver training sessions on organic inputs, soil health, and crop management. Build meaningful relationships with local farmer groups and community leaders. Collect data on crop progress, farming practices, and provide feedback for program improvement. Coordinate field-level execution of agricultural projects in collaboration with internal teams. Submit timely field reports, photos, and documentation. Who You Are : 1–3 years of experience in agricultural fieldwork or rural development. Diploma / B.Sc in Agriculture. Proficient in spoken and written Tamil . Willingness for frequent rural travel and overnight village stays. Committed, self-motivated, and driven to make a social impact. Comfortable working independently and traveling extensively across Tamil Nadu. Role Details : Location : Various districts across Tamil Nadu Salary : ₹20,000 – ₹30,000/month
