Job description Job Title: Junior Sales Counsellor Experience: Minimum 1 Year Location: Work From Home Industry: EdTech (Preferred) Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Junior Sales Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inbound/outbound leads, conducting follow-up calls, and assisting senior sales managers in day-to-day tasks. Prior experience in EdTech will be a strong advantage. Key Responsibilities: * Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective students/leads. * Follow up with leads via phone, email, or WhatsApp to convert them into enrollments. * Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead status and notes. * Assist senior sales managers with lead tracking, appointment scheduling, and reporting. * Provide support during webinars, demo sessions, or sales pitches as needed. * Maintain a customer-focused and consultative sales approach. * Meet weekly/monthly targets and report performance updates regularly. Requirements: * Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or counselling (EdTech industry preferred). * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong follow-up and persuasive abilities. * Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
