We are looking for a dynamic professional who can contribute to the growth opportunities of the Export Division of the Organization. Responsibilities : International Market Development: Identify and target new export markets and customers through research, trade shows, online platforms, and networking. Sales & Business Development: Manage end-to-end sales cycle – from lead generation to order execution and client relationship management. Documentation & Compliance: Handle all export-related documentation, including Proforma Invoices, Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Certificates of Origin etc as applicable. Coordination: Liaise with production, logistics, customs agents, and freight forwarders to ensure smooth delivery and compliance with regulations. Customer Communication: Act as the main point of contact for international clients; address inquiries, negotiate pricing, and ensure satisfaction. Trade Regulations: Stay updated on country-specific export/import regulations, trade tariffs, documentation, and government/applicable incentives. Reporting & Analysis: Monitor sales performance by region, prepare monthly export reports, and recommend strategies for growth. Participation in Trade Shows: Represent the company at international trade fairs, exhibitions, and buyer-seller meets as and when applicable. Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, Pharmacy, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred. Required Skills : Minimum 10 years of experience in export management or international sales, preferably in the pharmaceutical or Ayurvedic industry.
