Location: Darbhanga, Bihar Experience 2–5 years of experience in the IT, BPO, Studio, or EdTech industry with strong expertise in Facility Management involving both electromechanical and soft services. Proficient in overseeing daily facility operations, adherence to SOPs and policies, and maintaining comprehensive checklists and documentation for optimal facility upkeep. Key Responsibilities Hands-on experience in managing end-to-end facility and administrative operations under the supervision of the VP – Admin & Facilities. Sound knowledge of operations and maintenance of key equipment such as Air Conditioning (AC) systems, Diesel Generators (DG), Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS), etc. Familiar with the operation and upkeep of smart classroom equipment, including interactive smart boards and AV tools. Ensures implementation of safety procedures and compliance with standard operating protocols (SOPs). Well-versed with all Admin and Facility SOPs, including vendor coordination, AMC management, and compliance tracking. Tracks and maintains records for: Electrical consumption (daily) Facility equipment service logs Diesel stock: consumption and receipts Manages inventory and store operations, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely replenishment of consumables. Coordinates the servicing and preventive maintenance of all facility-related equipment to ensure minimal downtime and operational efficiency.
