Role & responsibilities The Drayage dispatcher will be responsible for managing day-to-day container port dispatch operations, coordinating with drivers and customers, tracking shipments, planning, pick and deliver containers from ports, resolving issues, and ensuring timely delivery. 1) Be the central point of contact for customer enquiries, planning and dispatch. 2) Be responsible for all aspects of receiving work order, driver assignment, dispatch planning, shipping, and logistics. 3) Organize documents, invoices, and google sheet data on a daily basis 3) Establish, develop and maintain positive business relationships with current/prospective customers. 4) Track & Trace shipments 5) Live reporting of charges (Detention, Prepull, Stop fee., appointments, load outs, or empty returns) Preferred candidate profile 1) Experience in US Dispatching. 2) Knowledge of Port work and containers, USA experience preferred
