Roles and Responsibilities: Coordinate activities and exchange information with project teams, subcontractors, consultants, and representatives to resolve mechanical, plumbing, and electrical (MEP) issues. - Prepare and manage contract items lists for components, materials, and systems to ensure Required-on-Job (ROJ) dates align with the project schedule, with appropriate approvals. Participate in schedule update meetings to confirm compliance. - Evaluate, submit, track, and review equipment, materials, and shop drawing submittals for compliance, completeness, and coordination with trades. - Facilitate the MEP Coordination Process with the team to document progress and ensure quality control, focusing on the constructability of BIM models and MEP system overlays. - Conduct weekly progress and procurement reviews with MEP teams to provide management updates. - Evaluate and manage the processing of Requests for Information (RFIs) and support budget management, including reviewing and assessing change orders. - Investigate and resolve issues with mechanical and electrical systems, ensuring compliance with design requirements, quality standards, and operations/maintenance protocols. - Facilitate the execution of the turnover process, including start-up, testing, commissioning, closeout, securing warranties, and providing operations/maintenance manuals, training, spare parts, and specialty tools to ensure successful system acceptance. - Participate in regular project meetings to confirm MEP work is proceeding according to contract documents, coordination drawings, and approved submittals. - Develop and execute a quality control plan with team members. - Other activities, duties, and responsibilities as assigned. Desired Candidate: Must have experience in EPC project with Min. 15+ Years in High Rise Buildings. Experience in Airport Projects Qualifications: B.Tech./ Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical.
