As we scale rapidly, we are looking for strong leadership talent to manage and grow performance at the cluster level. Position Summary We are seeking an energetic and disciplined Cluster Manager to take end-to-end ownership of gym operations and sales performance across a group of gym branches. This role is a field-based leadership position responsible for revenue growth, operational excellence, team development, and customer experience management. Key Responsibilities 1. Sales Performance & Revenue Growth Drive membership sales, renewals, referrals, and Personal Training (PT) conversions. Monitor lead funnel, daily sales performance, and pipeline movement. Align team efforts to meet monthly targets and conversion benchmarks. 2. Daily Gym Operations & Attendance Monitoring Ensure presence and punctuality of Sales Executives and Trainers across morning and evening shifts. Maintain grooming and uniform standards across all team members. 3. Lead Management & Communication Audit Ensure timely (within 5 minutes) lead assignment and first contact for WATI and Day 1 leads. Monitor WhatsApp follow-ups and audit sales conversations for professionalism and consistency. 4. Team Supervision & Escalation Handling Maintain daily tracking of attendance, leaves, and punctuality. Proactively manage staffing to prevent any gym from operating understaffed. Escalate risks, urgent issues, or support needs to the AVP on time. 5. Roster Planning Prepare and circulate weekly rosters ensuring every gym is staffed adequately for all shifts. 6. CRM & Lead System Oversight Ensure daily CRM updates by team members including lead status, follow-up notes, and closures. 7. PT & BCA Tracking Ensure registration and trial delivery for every PT prospect. Ensure all members complete their BCA tests monthly and track retests. 8. Gym Maintenance & Brand Standards Conduct regular audits of branding visibility, machine condition, and hygiene standards. Ensure all identified issues are resolved within 48 hours. 9. Training, Coaching & Team Development Conduct refresher training and on-the-job coaching for Sales Executives and Trainers. Identify training gaps and address them through actionable plans. 10. Reporting & Planning Submit structured daily reports to the AVP covering visits, findings, and actions. Share daily work plans and end-of-day updates for transparency and accountability. Required Skills & Experience Minimum 3–5 years of experience in multi-unit operations or sales leadership roles (fitness industry preferred). Strong command over team supervision, lead management systems, and performance coaching. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Exceptional communication, escalation handling, and stakeholder coordination skills. Proficiency in using CRM/lead tracking tools. What We Offer Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.
