Job Title : Implementation Project Manager Location : Remote Exp Level : 6+ years Working hours : 7:30am EST – 7:00pm EST ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage all aspects of program implementation for Adecco’s largest customers ranging in scope, size, and complexity Plan and implement new programs within agreed-upon time frames and in accordance with documented contractual requirements Manage multiple implementation projects of varying complexity, scope, and timeline concurrently Utilize and adhere to established project management governance and related tools and protocols Own client discovery process with internal stakeholder partnership to analyze existing service model to ensure future state solution alignment Ensure streamlined communication amongst all stakeholder groups by acting as the conduit between Adecco and customer throughout the project duration (~6-18 weeks per project) Direct activities to ensure all project deliverables are achieved while utilizing escalation tactics for at risk deliverables Use masterful cross-functional communication to ensure all stakeholders can collaborate effectively and stay engaged throughout the project lifecycle Ensure contract and operational compliance maintained during project workstreams Provide regular status reports to Adecco and customer leadership, communicating service issues, oversee corrective action plans, and monitor progress (i.e. order fulfilment, open orders, turnover, revenue pull-thru) Provide pre-bid consultation to sales team regarding solution design, timeline, and implementation approach Participate and support in special projects and other duties as assigned MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent relative experience) 5 years’ experience in a corporate or business environment, demonstrating proficiency in managing complex processes, collaboration across departments and adhering to organizational standard 3 years’ project management, operational compliance, human resource or staffing industry experience Prior experience in implementation, resource, risk, or scope management Professional business acumen including comfort collaborating with Senior level stakeholders Excellent English written and verbal communication skills Proficient with Microsoft Office products including Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook Experience utilizing technology platforms such as Viso, Bullhorn, SFDC, and CLM may reduce the training time required Project Management (Six Sigma, PMP, PMI, CSM) or Human Resources (PHR, SPHR) certifications is an added plus Ability to travel when necessary for business training or meetings KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIREMENTS: Ability to manage time effectively and stay productive without direct supervision Proven experience managing complex projects that vary in nature and scope Experience communicating and consulting with internal teams and cross-functional partners across business lines Background in strategic thinking and connecting end-to-end processes to the strategy of the business Experience driving change, improving the end-to-end processes and business process re-engineering Highly organized and process oriented. Skilled at setting and communicating priorities effectively; able to manage multiple tasks and priorities Ability to absorb information and summarize key takeaways and action items clearly An exceptional listener, able to comprehend quickly and probe for important details as necessary
