MBA in Sales & Marketing is preferred. Any relevant certifications in Digital Marketing, Branding, or Project Management are an added advantage. Minimum 3+ years of experience in a core marketing role. At least 1 year of experience in the FMCG industry is essential. Prior experience managing or leading a team for at least 1 year is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are crucial. Fluency in Hindi is mandatory; knowledge of Punjabi, Urdu, or Malayalam is an added benefit. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the sales team to plan and execute promotional activities and brand campaigns. Develop and coordinate marketing collateral, including brochures, POP materials, promotional content, and artwork. Work closely with the social media team to ensure timely execution of digital marketing campaigns. Liaise with social media influencers and relevant digital channels to maximize brand visibility and engagement. Build relationships with local community groups and event organizers for sponsorship opportunities, festive gifting, and brand outreach programs. Conduct regular market research and analyze consumer feedback to inform strategy and promotional efforts. Develop annual promotional calendars and ensure smooth monthly execution in alignment with sales and marketing goals. Assist in designing and managing sales funnels and tracking marketing performance metrics. Take ownership of small project teams and lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure campaign success.
