For more information, please visit and .Our Requirements: - Position – Zonal Manager Number of Vacancy- 1 Location – Bihar (Remote) Qualification – DIPLOMA/BTECH (electrical/civil) Experience – Min 8 Years In project planning, billing, liaison & 3 Years in Solar Project execution Salary – Open & Negotiable.Role & Responsibility: - Take full ownership of solar EPC project execution across the Bihar zone. Plan, manage, and monitor project timelines, budgets, resources, and quality. Coordinate with design, procurement, logistics, and execution teams for smooth project flow. Manage site operations, ensuring safety, quality, and timely completion. Supervise and guide engineers, contractors, and field teams at multiple project sites. Handle client coordination, documentation, work progress reports, and billing activities. Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance at all levels of execution. Identify on-site challenges and provide immediate solutions. Track material movement, project milestones, and generate daily/weekly MIS.1. Operations & Maintenance Supervise operation and preventive maintenance of electrical systems (substations, transformers, panels, etc.) Monitor energy consumption and implement energy-saving practices. Ensure uninterrupted power supply to all facilities within the zone. Handle emergency breakdowns and restoration in coordination with the field team.️ 2. Project Management Oversee planning and execution of electrical infrastructure projects (new installations, upgrades, etc.) Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal departments. Ensure timely completion of projects within budget and quality parameters.3. Team Management Lead a team of engineers, supervisors, and technicians in the zone. Allocate tasks, set performance goals, and conduct regular reviews. Provide training and mentoring to improve team capabilities.️ 4. Compliance & Safety Ensure all work complies with electrical safety standards (e.g., IE Rules, CEA guidelines, BIS standards). Conduct regular audits and risk assessments. Maintain documentation and reports for statutory inspections and certifications.5. Coordination and Reporting Coordinate with senior management, clients, and other departments (procurement, HR, logistics). Prepare and submit monthly reports on zone performance, incidents, energy usage, and targets.
