Job Title: Associate Manager – Content Creation Solutions (E-commerce & Marketplaces) Location: Mumbai/Chennai/Hyderabad (hybrid) Reports To: Senior Director, Research & Content Department: Research & Content Delivery If interested share your resume @nairshobika.karan@Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and creativeAssociate Manager – Content Creation Solutionsto lead and deliver high-impact content strategies for our e-commerce, marketplace and retail clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, create and manage content solutions across multiple categories and regions, and ensure best-in-class creative solutions.Key Responsibilities: Content Strategy & Planning Develop and execute scalable content strategies tailored to marketplace and e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Walmart, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.). Translate client business goals and insights into engaging content frameworks (product descriptions, enhanced content, video, A+ content, brand stores, etc.). Collaborate with SEO, performance, and category teams to integrate content into holistic digital strategies. Client & Stakeholder Engagement Lead solutions for clients in the e-commerce/marketplace/retail vertical on content-related initiatives. Turn briefs into creative plans, guide feedback loops, and manage ongoing relationships. Present proposals, performance insights, and improvement plans regularly to clients and internal stakeholders. Build strong relationships with client category teams and product owners to anticipate content needs.People Management & Development Coach and develop junior content creators and coordinators; build capability through training and feedback. Foster a creative, agile, and metrics-oriented culture in the team.Required Qualifications 5–7 years of experience in content strategy, content operations, or digital marketing, with at least 2 years in an e-commerce or marketplace-specific context. Proven track record of managing high-scale content programs for online retailers or D2C platforms. Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital shelf principles, and SEO best practices. Solid experience managing end-to-end content production. Excellent written and verbal communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills. Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.Preferred Skills Experience with tools like Asana, Trello, Airtable, Amazon Seller/Vendor Central, Google Analytics, and Adobe Creative Suite. Familiarity with CMS systems and content automation workflows. Knowledge of regional content nuances for global markets (APAC, North America, EMEA). Familiar with tools like Jasper, Grammarly Business, Frase, or other AI-assisted content tech. Flair for experimenting and optimizing based on real-world performance. Strong PowerPoint slideware creation, story telling and presentation skills.
