This role involves conceptualizing, designing, and executing visually compelling content across social media platforms, while aligning with ongoing marketing campaigns and brand aesthetics. Job Title: Graphic Designer & Content Creator / Office ExecutiveQualificationsProven skills in Graphic Design, Logo Design, and Visual Storytelling Strong foundation in Branding, Typography , and Content Creation Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite — including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects (Knowledge of Canva, CapCut, and AI-based design tools is a plus) Strong video editing skills, including motion graphics, storytelling-based editing , and transitions (Experience with Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar software is a strong advantage) Excellent understanding of Instagram aesthetics, Reels, trends, and engagement strategies Ability to shoot and edit high-quality video/photo content using an iPhone or equivalent smartphone A portfolio showcasing creative, trend-aligned content across digital platforms Excellent time management , organization, and the ability to multitask across teams Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts , or a related field Key Responsibilities Graphic Design & Visual Branding Design engaging and on-brand social media creatives — including posts, Reels, Stories, ads, carousels, and more Edit and repurpose content from photoshoots and UGC , maintaining brand consistency Develop compelling visuals for digital and occasional print materials Independently create AI-assisted and trend-based content for social platforms Content Creation & Video Production Act as a Content Creator by planning, shooting, and editing 6–8 high-performing UGC-style videos monthly using a smartphone Capture organic, candid, and visually appealing content aligned with the content calendar Edit short-form video content including Reels, motion graphics, transitions , and story-based formats Use tools like Premiere Pro , CapCut , or After Effects to produce polished visual content Content Strategy & Calendar Execution Take ownership of creating visual content in line with the monthly content calendar , reflecting themes, trends, and product launches Independently interpret content strategy into compelling visual deliverables Cross-Platform Adaptation & Optimization Adapt content for Instagram, Facebook , and other platforms for optimized engagement Make quick edits and performance-based revisions based on feedback and analytics Stay updated with design trends , digital aesthetics , and social media updates Preferred Experience 1–3 years of experience in graphic design, content creation , or digital media (Experience in the beauty, fashion, or lifestyle industry is preferred) Confident in producing social-first content that aligns with brand voice and platform standards Self-starter with strong creative vision, attention to detail, and understanding of brand identity Ability to work independently and manage multiple design/content projects efficiently
