Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Back-End Developer based in Noida, with some work from home flexibility. We are building a scalable, real-time logistics and fleet management platform that supports thousands of vehicles and millions of users. As a Senior Backend Engineer, you will design and implement the backend infrastructure powering live vehicle tracking, trip management, ETA calculations, and notification systems. You will leverage AWS cloud technologies to build secure, highly available, and scalable services that meet demanding performance requirements. Qualifications Must join immediately. (highpay-high performance role)(13-18LPA) Architect and develop microservices and APIs for real-time location tracking, trip lifecycle management, and route optimisation. Implement real-time data streams using WebSockets, AWS IoT, or similar technologies Design scalable data models optimized for geo-spatial and time-series data in DynamoDB, Aurora, or equivalent Develop serverless functions (AWS Lambda) for business logic automation, including trip completion triggers and notification dispatch. Implement security best practices using AWS Cognito, IAM, and network controls Monitor system health with AWS CloudWatch, X-Ray, and implement alerting for SLA adherence Use Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, AWS CDK) to provision and manage cloud resources Collaborate with frontend (flutter) and mobile teams to deliver APIs that meet UI/UX requirements Optimize backend performance and cost-efficiency in a cloud-native environment
