Job Summary: We are seeking a versatile and detail-oriented Design Specialist to join our growing team. This role bridges business development and creative design, involving the creation of compelling sales proposals, pitch decks, and RFP responses, while also ensuring they are visually impactful and aligned with our brand. A strong grasp of UI/UX design principles is essential, as the role also includes contributing to user interface designs and customer-facing materials. Key Responsibilities: Business Proposals & Sales Support: Develop persuasive business proposals, RFP/RFI responses, sales presentations, and pitch decks, MBR and QBR tailored to client needs. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and technical teams to gather information and translate it into clear, client-focused proposals. Research clients, markets, and competitors to inform proposal strategy and positioning. Maintain a library of proposal templates, case studies, and reusable content. Graphic Design & Visual Storytelling: Design high-quality proposal decks and visual assets using tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, or PowerPoint. Create infographics, charts, and branded visuals that clearly communicate value propositions. Ensure all documents and presentations adhere to brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency. UI/UX Design Support: Collaborate with product or design teams to conceptualize and prototype user interfaces for web or mobile apps. Contribute to wireframes, user flows, and mockups using tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD. Apply user-centered design principles to ensure intuitive, accessible, and aesthetically pleasing designs. Provide design input on client-facing platforms, sales portals, or demo products. Gather and evaluate user requirements with PMs and engineers. Design UI elements like menus, tabs, and widgets. Build navigation components and develop UI mockups/prototypes. Conduct usability testing and iterate based on feedback. Ensure consistency with brand style guides. Understand user needs through interviews and usability testing. Design intuitive dashboards and reporting interfaces. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals. Collaborate with data analysts and engineers to ensure data accuracy and requirement clarity. Continuously iterate based on user feedback and analytics. Development of UX Guidelines and Deck for GTM strategy Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Design, Communications, Business or Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience). 4+ years of experience in business proposals, sales support, and/or graphic/UI design. Strong portfolio showcasing proposal decks, graphic design, and UI/UX work. Proficiency with tools such as: Proposal & Deck Tools: PowerPoint, Keynote, Google Slides, Canva Design Tools: Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Figma, Sketch UI/UX Tools: Figma, Adobe XD, or similar Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines. Proven experience in UI/UX design. Strong portfolio of design projects. Degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field. Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). Strong grasp of UX principles for data-heavy interfaces. Ability to translate complex data into user-friendly visuals.
