Vice President – Account Management Location: Mumbai, Urmi Estate (5 days a week in office) Experience: 10–14 years The Role We’re looking for a business leader with strong P&L ownership, deep brand-building experience, and a proven track record of leading large-scale marketing communications. As VP – Account Management , you’ll lead a key portfolio of brands—owning client relationships, driving campaign strategy and execution, and overseeing cross-functional teams across client servicing, creative, strategy, and production. You’ll work alongside a strong core team that includes a VP – Planning and a mid-level copy team, and be supported by an extended crew of talented producers and post producers who bring the work to life across formats. This is a role for someone who speaks brand and business fluently—who understands the nuances of campaign development, has led integrated work across mainline, digital, influencer, and content, and thrives in high-stakes environments. You’ll also play a critical role in new business—shaping and winning both global and local pitches . What You’ll Do Own the business: Lead key accounts with full P&L responsibility—ensuring revenue growth, profitability, and high client satisfaction Be a strategic partner: Act as the senior-most point of contact for clients, advising on brand strategy, communication planning, and integrated marketing Deliver integrated campaigns: Guide the development and execution of everyday marketing—across mainline, digital, influencer, and content-led formats Lead new business: Play a lead role in pitching and winning global and local mandates , collaborating across strategy, creative, and production teams Build and grow teams: Manage a cross-functional team of client leads, strategists, creatives, and producers—fostering a culture of ownership and excellence Ensure delivery excellence: Oversee operations to ensure that all work is on brief, on time, and on budget What You Bring 10–14 years of experience in marketing communications, account management, or business leadership within creative or content-first agencies A strong track record of building businesses and growing key accounts Proven experience leading both global and local new business pitches Solid grounding in brand thinking, campaign development, and integrated communications Business acumen and leadership maturity to handle senior stakeholders and complex brand ecosystems Passion for content, culture, and storytelling—always tied to marketing effectiveness and impact
