Role: VP/SVP ECM About the Role: Incumbent will work closely with corporate clients, investors, and internal coverage teams to originate and execute ECM transactions. The role also involves end-to-end execution of transactions across IPOs, QIPs, rights issues, block trades, and follow-on offerings. Responsibilities: Support origination efforts by preparing pitch books, valuation analysis, and market intelligence reports Lead the execution of ECM transactions including IPOs, QIPs, rights issues, OFS, and preferential allotments Prepare offer documents, investor presentations, roadshow materials, and coordinate due diligence Engage with institutional investors, research teams, and sales desks to drive successful market placements Assist in structuring transactions in line with market appetite and regulatory compliance Provide guidance to junior team members on documentation, and execution workflows Qualifications: MBA/CA/CFA with 6 -10 years of experience in ECM / Investment banking / Capital markets / Institutional Equity Sales Required Skills: Strong financial acumen and understanding of capital markets and equity valuation Excellent analytical, presentation, and communication skills High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple workstreams under tight timelines Strong network with institutional investors and merchant banking is a plus Please note: Candidates with strong Equity Sales experience can apply too.
