Learn more at: About the Role: We are seeking a proactive Demo & Pre-Sales Specialist to lead client demo sessions and drive pre-sales engagement. You'll be the first product expert prospects interact with—owning the demo experience, addressing initial queries, and ensuring seamless coordination with the sales team. Key Responsibilities: Conduct engaging product demos tailored to client pain points Qualify leads and identify key decision-makers Manage pre-sales follow-ups and nurture high-intent prospects Collaborate with sales to accelerate deal progression Track demo feedback and relay insights to product/marketing Requirements: 3–6 years in pre-sales, solution consulting, or product demos (preferably SaaS/HRTech) Strong communication, storytelling, and consultative skills Experience with CRM and sales automation tools Ability to simplify complex features into business value Preferred: Exposure to Talent Intelligence, ATS, or HR workflows Prior experience in fast-paced startup environments Preferably from Talent Tech/SaaS/HR Tech background
