Location: Vadodara(100% Onsite) Shift: US Shift (Night) Experience Required: Min. 6+ Years in Healthcare (Must US Staffing) Title: Team Lead Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of US Healthcare Recruiters, ensuring performance targets are consistently met Drive end-to-end recruitment for US-based Healthcare roles (W2, C2C, 1099) across multiple clients and industries Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, social media, databases, and referrals Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and delivering quality candidates Provide training, mentoring, and performance feedback to team members Ensure adherence to SLAs, submission deadlines, and quality parameters Monitor daily/weekly team performance and recruitment metrics Stay updated with the latest recruitment tools, technologies, and market trends Required Skills & Experience: Minimum 6 years of experience in US Healthcare Recruitment, with at least 2 years in a team lead or supervisory role Deep understanding of US employment types (W2, C2C, 1099), visa classifications, and tax terms Strong knowledge of job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.) and ATS/CRM tools Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proven ability to lead, motivate, and mentor high-performing recruitment teams Comfortable working in night shifts aligned to US time zones
