The Role In this role, IP Analyst is expected to: demonstrate strong IQ, EQ, and capability to work as a team-player demonstrate strong technical acumen and ability to understand & comprehend complex technical topics & engineering concepts handle Patent prosecution and PTO communications, across different jurisdictions under supervision and training. demonstrate strong technical skills and develop competency in differentiating invention amongst prior arts to draft convincing arguments/articulation of technical subject matter. demonstrate capability to learn and develop strong understanding of Patent laws and Patent prosecution life cycle across multiple jurisdictions demonstrate capability to develop inter-personal leadership skills and project execution skills. demonstrate clarity of thought, effective project-execution skills, and ability to demonstrate results with conviction. Qualifications Engineering background | Bachelors or Master of Engineering 2-4 yrs. of prior experience in IP industry.
