Our Motto - MERA FPO - Maximise Earnings in Rural Agriculture through FPO Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an AgriBusiness Domain Expert located in Kolkata. The AgriBusiness Domain Expert will be responsible for providing specialized knowledge in agricultural marketing, post-harvest management and value-chain development. The role also involves collaborating with various stakeholders, conducting field visits, and delivering training and workshops to FPOs to create awareness and motivation towards agriculture value-chain. Qualifications Expertise in agribusiness management, post-harvest practices, value-chain development Strong analytical and data interpretation skills. Experience in strategy development and implementation Expertise in Business Plan and DPR formulation Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to conduct field visits and deliver training/workshops MBA in Agribusiness, or equivalent Knowledge of local agricultural practices and challenges in the state of West Bengal is a plus
