Profile Review Base Location : Mumbai Education and Experience: A Graduate / Hotel Management Degree 05 - 10 years of experience in Soft Services Operations 03/04 years of experience in managing soft services in Hotel industry. 03/04 years of experience in managing soft services in Data Center. Certificated Data centers and other certifications will be an advantage Required Skills/Abilities: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to interact well with customers, internal stakeholders and team leader. Good research and organizational skills (Preparing reports, PPT) . Managerial Skills. Knowledge of Best Practices in Data Centre Operations Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PPT & EXCEL) or related software. Thorough understanding of Data Center building cleaning systems Good understanding of methods used for cost savings analysis and reporting. Ability to conduct site audit and survey. Physical Requirements: Travel to client locations across PAN India and Overseas To conduct audits at sites Transition of new projects. Meeting with clients. Travel for conducting trainings. Job Responsibilities: Prepare, standardize & implement documentations such Risk Assessment, SOW, SOP, Audit & PAN India MIS. Track and Monitor Technical Deep Cleaning project and report to DC Vertical Head and MD. Provides DC Technical Cleaning training and issue certifications to staff across PAN India and maintain record. Performs DC Specialized vertical related duties as assigned. Track and Maintain PAN India record of Equipment’s. Carry out audit and surprise visit to DC Technical Cleaning site for any violations of SOP, SOW, HSQE & Uniform on monthly basis and maintain records. Carry out research and bring various solutions pertaining to DC Technical and Soft Services for Class 8 cleaning. Carry out site survey as needed for DC Technical Cleaning services. Pan India Project Tracking. Daily , Weekly reports, Daily Reviewing the DC Tech cleaning activity. Taking update from team on area completed activity, Staffing details, On site Equipment status. Preparing & Sharing weekly reports from client HOD and MD. Conducting site Audit - Carry out audit and surprise visit to DC Technical Cleaning site for any violations of SOP, SOW, HSQE & Uniform. Monthly Equipment tracker update (on project). Provides DC Technical training and issue certifications to staff across PAN India. Coordinating with site team for new Project to start. Following with site team for site survey. Providing training to new staff for DC Cleaning. Review the availability of Consumable and equipment to start the project. Support BD team during presentation to client queries. Issuing the completion Certificate post completing site DC Tech Cleaning activity. Track and Maintain PAN India record of Equipment’s. Must be proficient in use of variety of tools such as Particular Counting Device, Air quality monitors, etc., to collect field data related to usage and analyses the results. HR :
