Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Merchandiser, located in Chennai. The Merchandiser will be responsible for planning and developing merchandising strategies, collaborating with suppliers, vendors, and clients, managing inventory and stock levels, analyzing sales data to forecast trends, and ensuring that products are displayed effectively to maximize sales. The role also includes coordinating with different departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills Experience in Sales, Retail, and Marketing Ability to analyze sales data and forecast trends Proficiency in managing inventory and stock levels Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Experience in the fashion or leather industry is a plus
