Be the face of NxtWave in your region! As an Area Business Head , you’ll lead powerful outreach campaigns, drive student engagement, and build lasting partnerships. Position: Area Business Head (Field Outreach - EdTech) Location: State-based | 6-day week | Extensive travel involved Languages: Regional language (Telugu/Tamil/Marathi/Hindi/Bengali/Odia) + English Requirement: Must have own vehicle & laptop CTC - Up to 15 Lpa About the Role As an Area Business Head , you’ll lead the offline growth of NxtWave in your assigned state. This is a field-intensive B2B2C role where you’ll plan, execute, and scale school & college outreach campaigns, lead a team, build partnerships, and ensure targets are met — all while managing operations on the ground. Key Responsibilities Lead a team of outreach executives to drive student demos & registrations . Plan & run school/college outreach drives, presentations, and events. Build & manage relationships with principals, HODs, and key decision-makers. Hire, train, and guide your team to meet KPIs and performance goals. Onboard and manage channel partners for lead generation. Track team performance, market trends & competitor activities. Monitor outreach budgets, travel logistics, inventory & student application flow. Maintain detailed CRM records of leads, follow-ups, and closures. You’re a Great Fit if You: Have 2+ years of team leadership experience (preferably in EdTech) . Are strong at communication, stakeholder management & field operations .
