Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Workday HCM Consultant. The Workday HCM Consultant will be responsible for implementing and managing Human Capital Management (HCM) systems, providing consulting services, and optimizing HR processes. Responsibilities include analyzing business needs, developing strategic HR solutions, managing employee benefits, and ensuring efficient use of the Workday HCM platform. Qualifications Strong knowledge in Human Capital Management, Human Capital, and Human Resources (HR) Experience in consulting and providing strategic HR solutions Knowledge of Employee Benefits management Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and remotely Experience with the Workday HCM platform Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Relevant professional certifications are a plus
