Our tutors deliver engaging, interactive live video classes tailored to each student’s unique learning needs. We’re Looking For: Experience: 3+ years teaching Math, with a strong focus on IGCSE (Cambridge preferred) and/or CCSS (US curriculum). Expertise: Solid knowledge of IGCSE Grade 11 Math and/or US High School Math curriculum. Skills: Clear communication, conceptual teaching strength, and problem-solving ability. Roles & Responsibilities: Conduct 1:1 online Math classes for IGCSE Grade 11 or CCSS (Grades 9–12) students. Prepare students for exams, assessments, and projects. Provide conceptual clarity with real-life applications of Math concepts. Convert trial classes into long-term enrollments. Track student progress and share timely feedback with parents. Eligibility & Requirements: Curriculum Knowledge: IGCSE Math (Cambridge preferred) and/or CCSS Math (US curriculum). Availability: Minimum 24 hours per week, across 6 days. Tech Requirements: Laptop, pen tablet, and stable high-speed internet. Time Commitment: Day Shift: 9 AM – 10 PM IST Night Shift: 10 PM – 9 AM IST Minimum 24 hours per week (flexibility during exam seasons is appreciated). Training & Onboarding: All tutors complete Mentor Match’s structured training, which includes: Conducting effective demo and regular classes. Using our LMS for scheduling and management. Best practices for online teaching. Reporting progress and maintaining engagement.
