Job Description

Renewals Sales and Client Servicing Executive Responsibilities: ● Tracking subscription renewals. ● Sending timely reminders to customers. ● Outbound Telecalling to ensure that clients are renewing their courses on time. ● Helping the existing customers with upgrades. ● Keeping thorough records of all current and potential clients. ● Ensure achievement of Renewal Collection targets. ● Exceed defined monthly, quarterly, semi- annual and annual sales quota. ● Gain comprehensive knowledge about courses and clarify information wherever required. ● Engage with customers at various points (welcome calls, service/feedback calls, renewal calls). ● Building strong client relationships by offering superior after-sales support which includes welcome calls, service/feedback calls, renewal calls. Client Servicing and Renewals Executive Requirements: ● A bachelor's degree in business administration or an area closely connected to the sector. ● A Renewal Sales executive with 1-2 years of experience. ● Microsoft Excel knowledge. ● The capacity to perform well under duress. ● Strong time- and project-management abilities. ● Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities. ● Capable of effective communication. ● Superior customer service abilities.
