Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Director of Talent Operations & Sales Enablement - Commission Based. The Director will be responsible for overseeing employee engagement, managing performance, enhancing employer branding, overseeing the hiring process, and maintaining positive employee relations. This role involves developing and implementing strategies for talent operations, ensuring effective talent management, and driving sales enablement efforts to support the growth and success of the organization. Qualifications Experience in Employee Engagement, Performance Management Skills in Employer Branding and Hiring Proficiency in Employee Relations Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and remotely Experience in the startup ecosystem is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
