Position Title: Robotics & STEM Innovation Trainer – Hyderabad Location: Hyderabad, India Type: Full-Time Experience: 2–4 years in STEM education, robotics training, or related fields Reporting To: Regional Program Manager About the Role We are seeking a passionate Robotics & STEM Innovation Trainer to join our mission of empowering students in government and low-income private schools through experiential learning in robotics, AI, and 21st-century skills. The ideal candidate is a tech-savvy educator who believes in transforming classroom learning with innovation and empathy. You will lead engaging classroom sessions, hands-on robotics labs, and mentor student teams for competitions such as the Robotex India National Championship and international showcases. Key Responsibilities Conduct robotics, coding, and AI training sessions in two Hyderabad government schools. Deliver curriculum using tools like Scratch, Arduino, AI modules, IoT kits, and Robotics platforms. Prepare students for STEM, Robotics competitions, hackathons, and exhibitions. Maintain hardware kits, track attendance, and submit weekly training reports. Train school teachers on STEM Robotics for making program sustainable. Create an inspiring, inclusive learning environment aligned with NEP 2020. Collaborate with program managers to adapt content to local needs and learning levels. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Education, or a related field. Minimum 2 years’ experience in STEM Robotics education, ed-tech, or technical training. Proficiency in robotics kits (Arduino, micro:bit, Lego, etc.), coding (Scratch, Python), and basic electronics. Strong communication, classroom management, and mentoring skills. Fluency in English and Telugu preferred. Willingness to travel to different schools and training centres within the region. Preferred Attributes Experience working with under-resourced schools or community education programs. Passion for youth development, digital literacy, and innovation in education. Ability to adapt to dynamic field conditions and multicultural learning environments. Prior participation in or mentoring for robotics championships is a plus.
