Growth & Community LeadShyft is looking for someone who lives and breathes growth, retention, and community! If you're passionate about understanding users, optimizing their journey, and accelerating growth, this role is for you. You'll be pivotal in expanding our user base and fostering a vibrant community. This means deeply understanding user behavior , optimizing onboarding , driving acquisition , boosting retention , and minimizing churn . You'll also be the voice of our company, managing all external communications like email newsletters, Twitter updates, Intercom announcements, and blog posts. Responsibilities User Obsession & Insights: Become the ultimate advocate for our users. Deeply understand their needs, pain points, and motivations through data analysis, user interviews, and feedback channels. Growth Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement strategies for new user acquisition, focusing on effective channels and scalable tactics within the blockchain developer ecosystem. Onboarding Optimization: Continuously analyze and optimize the new user onboarding journey to ensure a seamless, intuitive, and highly engaging experience that converts sign-ups into active users. Retention & Churn Management: Identify key drivers of user retention and churn. Develop and execute initiatives to improve user stickiness, increase lifetime value, and proactively address reasons for churn. User Communication & Engagement: Own all external user communications, including email newsletters, Twitter, Intercom announcements, and insightful blog posts, to keep users informed, engaged, and excited about our product and the blockchain devtool space. Growth Analytics & SEO Engine: Track, analyze, and report on key growth metrics (e.g., CAC, LTV, conversion, retention, churn). You'll use these insights to continuously optimize our strategies and content, fueling our engagement engine to drive SEO and demonstrate measurable impact. Qualifications 3+ years in growth, community, or user engagement , ideally within SaaS or devtools. Passion for user behavior with a track record of driving acquisition and retention. Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable growth strategies. Excellent written and verbal communication across various platforms. Proficiency with email marketing, in-app messaging, and social media tools. Familiarity with the blockchain ecosystem and developer tools is a plus.
