What You’ll Do As our AI Lead, you’ll own key parts of our generative AI and agentic automation stack — from designing autonomous agents to building production-grade AI workflows. You will: Lead development of AI agents for: Attribute enrichment, taxonomy, and tagging Channel-specific validation (Amazon, Shopify, Walmart) Persona-based content and image generation Insights, recommendations, and A/B testing Build multi-agent orchestration using frameworks like LangChain , CrewAI , or LangGraph Work with LLMs (e.g., GPT-4, Claude, Gemini) and multimodal models (e.g., DALL·E, Stability AI) for: Image tagging, lifestyle imagery, video summaries, 360° views Integrate performance feedback loops (CTR, conversion, A/B results) into AI workflows Mentor junior AI contributors and collaborate across product, backend, and frontend Prototype fast, ship to production, and improve continuously Who You Are 5–8 years in AI/ML roles, with strong fundamentals in: NLP, transformers, prompt engineering Embeddings, RAG pipelines, or orchestration logic Python + AI/ML ecosystem (LangChain, Hugging Face, OpenAI APIs, etc.) 2+ years working with GenAI (LLMs or multimodal models) Experience deploying GenAI-powered tools into production (not just prototypes) Familiar with MLOps or experimentation infra (e.g., LangSmith, Vertex AI, SageMaker) Comfortable mentoring others, working autonomously, and pushing 0-to-1 builds Bonus: Exposure to commerce tech (Shopify, Amazon APIs, PIMs, DAMs) Why Join Fegmo?
