Job Description

We’re hiring a DeFi Blockchain Developer to design and build a low-latency automated restaking system for concentrated liquidity protocols like Orca (Solana) and Aerodrome (Optimism) . This is not just a coding role — it requires a deep understanding of mathematics, trading logic, and LP strategy . You’ll be solving hard problems around impermanent loss, volatility timing, gas optimization , and capital efficiency , and translating those into performant code that reacts in real-time. What You’ll Build A high-performance Rust-based bot that interacts with Orca/Aerodrome APIs and WebSockets to monitor pool conditions and rebalance positions. Smart logic that reorganizes LP positions (unstake, shift, restake) with precise timing — especially during high-volatility windows — to minimize fee exposure and maximize returns . Execution logic that is mathematically sound , latency-optimized, and capable of evaluating rebalancing decisions based on volatility, depth, and price movement thresholds. What You Need Strong mathematical background — you should understand and implement strategies that account for: Impermanent loss curves Volatility regimes Optimal rebalance frequency Expected value of position shifts Proficiency in Rust (especially for Solana development), or Go for EVM-based chains. Experience working with blockchain WebSockets , on-chain data, and transaction bundling under latency pressure. Prior experience with automated trading , LP strategy , or quantitative modeling in DeFi or TradFi environments. Nice to Have Knowledge of concentrated liquidity math (e.g., Uniswap v3/Orca Whirlpools logic). Familiarity with Solana + Optimism architecture. Experience simulating and backtesting strategy logic.
