Role Overview: We’re seeking a driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help expand Wellnite’s footprint in the employee benefits space. In this role, you’ll focus on outbound prospecting, engaging HR leaders, benefits managers, and executive stakeholders to introduce Wellnite as a key solution in their employee benefits offering. Key Responsibilities: Identify and research target accounts within the Fortune 500 segment. Conduct outbound outreach via email, phone, , and social selling to generate qualified leads. Engage HR, People Operations, and Benefits leaders to understand their employee wellness needs. Clearly communicate Wellnite’s value proposition as a modern, accessible mental health solution. Schedule discovery calls and demos for the Account Executive team. Manage pipeline and activities in the CRM system (HubSpot/Salesforce). Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging and improve lead generation strategies. Achieve and exceed monthly KPIs (calls, emails, meetings booked). Requirements: 1-3 years of B2B sales or lead generation experience, ideally in employee benefits, healthcare, or SaaS. Strong understanding of the HR and employee benefits ecosystem is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proactive, organized, and highly goal-oriented. Familiarity with CRM tools and outbound sales platforms.
