Role : Sales Development Representative (SDR) Shift : 7pm - 4am IST (US Time Zone) Location : Remote About the Role: As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Simplia, you'll play a vital role in fueling our outbound pipeline. Your goal is to identify the right prospects, initiate contact through high-volume outreach, and book qualified meetings for our Account Executives. You'll use platforms like Apollo and ZoomInfo to generate leads, supported by multi-channel sequences across phone, email, and . This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to master modern sales development at scale. Key Responsibilities: Pipeline Development : Build and manage a steady flow of qualified SMB prospects through outbound prospecting. Qualified Meeting Generation : Identify and connect with decision-makers to schedule high-quality, sales-ready meetings for Account Executives. Prospect Research & Personalization : Conduct account-level research to craft thoughtful, personalized outreach messages. High-Volume Outreach : Execute 100–200 daily touchpoints via cold calls, email sequences, and engagement. Value-Based Selling : Educate prospects on Simplia’s marketing systems, growth guarantees, and automation capabilities to drive interest and trust. Pre-Call Preparation : Strategically plan outreach using market insights and buyer signals to guide your conversations. CRM & Reporting : Maintain accurate activity logs, lead statuses, and notes in the CRM. Performance Metrics : Hit and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly goals for outreach volume, meetings booked, and show rates. Collaborative Feedback : Share conversation learnings and objections with sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and targeting. What We’re Looking For: Must-Have: 1+ year of outbound sales, lead generation, or appointment setting experience Confident making 100+ cold calls/day and handling multi-channel outreach Strong written and verbal communication skills Hands-on experience with lead generation platforms like Apollo and ZoomInfo Self-starter with a team-first attitude and a growth mindset Bonus Points For: Familiarity with tools like Instantly, Orum, or LinkedHelper Digital marketing, SaaS, or agency sales experience Understanding of outbound cadences, pipeline stages, and funnel metrics CRM experience (GoHighLevel or HubSpot) Why Join Simplia?
