Summary: We are seeking a proactive, high-IQ individual to join as a Co-Founder with a flexible, fully remote work arrangement and revenue-sharing compensation. THIS ROLE DOES NOT HAVE AN UPFRONT COMPENSATION COMPONENT. YOU WILL BE GETTING A RECURRING SHARE IN THE REVENUE YOU BRING IN. Success in this role means taking full ownership of diverse responsibilities, balancing strategic planning and daily execution, and driving measurable growth across multiple business areas. This role is integral to shaping the direction and growth of the organization and offers increasing leadership, decision-making authority, and financial upside over time. Responsibilities: Own and execute tasks end-to-end across various functions including operations, business development, marketing, product, and sales Collaborate on strategic planning while leading execution efforts independently Identify operational gaps and propose scalable solutions such as hiring or onboarding new team members Maintain accountability for delivering results with minimal supervision Partner closely with the founding team and industry leaders to align efforts and accelerate growth Make data-driven decisions and contribute meaningfully to business direction and priorities Foster a collaborative and adaptive work environment, embracing change and continuous improvement Important: As part of your application, please record a 2-5 minute video with your face clearly and explain the steps: Imagine you’ve just joined a small team that runs 5 different projects, and one of them keeps “leaking time and money” every week—without any obvious technical issue or team member mistake.
