Job Title: Procurement Manager – Hospital/Medical Background Location: Ridhira Living Pvt Ltd, Nanakaramguda, Hyderabad Experience Required: 4+ years in Procurement, exclusively in the from Realestate/ Hospitality industry Working: 9.30 AM to 6.30 Pm (Monday to Saturday) Industry: Realestate/ Hospitality industry Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Procurement Manager with a strong background in Realestate/ Hospitality industry and to lead our sourcing and supply chain operations at Ridhira Living Pvt Ltd . The ideal candidate will be responsible for vendor management, contract negotiation, and ensuring the procurement of high-quality medical equipment, consumables, and hospital-related infrastructure supplies at optimal costs. Key Responsibilities: Procurement Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement procurement strategies tailored to hospital and medical supply needs. Ensure cost-effective sourcing while maintaining the highest quality standards. Establish best procurement practices and streamline supply chain operations. Vendor Management & Negotiation: Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with medical equipment and healthcare service providers. Build strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and favorable pricing. Monitor vendor performance and compliance with contracts and service-level agreements (SLAs). Material & Equipment Procurement: Oversee the procurement of medical consumables, diagnostic equipment, hospital furniture, and pharmaceuticals as per operational requirements. Ensure regulatory compliance with healthcare industry standards, including FDA, GMP, and NABH guidelines. Work closely with hospital administration, medical staff, and project teams to align procurement with operational needs. Supply Chain & Inventory Management: Optimize inventory management to prevent shortages or overstocking of critical supplies. Implement demand forecasting tools and procurement planning for efficient stock control. Collaborate with logistics teams to ensure seamless transportation and storage of medical goods. Cost Control & Budgeting: Prepare and manage procurement budgets, ensuring cost efficiency without compromising quality. Implement cost-saving initiatives while maintaining compliance with healthcare procurement policies. Conduct regular price benchmarking and market analysis to stay updated with industry trends. Regulatory Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to all statutory and regulatory guidelines related to hospital and medical procurement. Conduct supplier audits to assess compliance with quality and safety standards. Identify risks in the procurement process and develop mitigation strategies. Technology & Process Improvement: Leverage ERP and procurement software for streamlined operations and reporting. Automate procurement workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual errors. Continuously explore innovative solutions for supply chain and procurement enhancements. Qualifications & Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: Minimum 10+ years of procurement experience, with at least 5 years in hospital/medical procurement. Industry Exposure: Strong knowledge of hospital operations, medical equipment, and healthcare supply chain. Skills: Expertise in sourcing medical equipment, pharmaceuticals, and consumables. Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in ERP systems and procurement software. Familiarity with healthcare compliance regulations. Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
