The State Head will be responsible for Business Target , Hiring Productive RMs , overseeing credit management, credit risk management, and portfolio management for the state of Rajasthan. This role includes developing and implementing strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure the effective management of credit risk and finance operations. The position is based on-site in Jaipur.Qualifications Business Target Achievements with min Productivity level per RM 25 lacs disbursement MOM. Credit Management and Credit Risk Management skills Analytical Skills and Finance knowledge Experience in Portfolio Management Strong leadership and managerial skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Minimum of a Bachelor's degree + MBA in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field Experience in the financial services industry in MSME Micro Lap @ 25% ROI bucket is Mandatory CTC - 10 - 12 lacs + 25% of CTC as incetive on MOM KRA achivement of Business , Collection , Credit.
