Financial Planning and Analysis - Assistant Manager  Imarticus Learning is looking for a dynamic and analytical Assistant Manager – FP&A to join its finance team in Mumbai . This role is ideal for a qualified CA with 2–4 years of experience who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about financial insights, cost optimization, and strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities Prepare and deliver comprehensive monthly MIS across multiple business verticals Conduct variance analysis , cash flow reporting , and assist in budgeting and forecasting cycles Build and maintain financial models , scenario/sensitivity analyses, and dashboards for business planning Lead cost control initiatives and support cost optimization strategies in coordination with business heads Partner with business stakeholders to evaluate performance, track key KPIs, and support strategic planning Work independently on high-impact, time-sensitive deliverables to support leadership decision-making Drive process improvements in financial planning, analysis, and reporting Required Skills & Qualifications Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 2–4 years of post-qualification experience Prior experience in edtech or startup environments is a strong plus Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Power Query, Pivot Tables, Advanced Formulas) Working knowledge of Power BI , PowerPoint , SQL , Tableau , or VBA is an added advantage Strong communication skills – ability to present insights clearly and confidently to stakeholders at all levels High ownership mindset, attention to detail, and a proactive, problem-solving attitude Behavioral Traits We Value Strong analytical mindset with a passion for performance improvement and business impact Ability to work under pressure and deliver high-quality results on tight timelines Team player with the ability to contribute to broader modeling and strategic initiatives Self-motivated, inquisitive, and adaptable to a dynamic work environment
