About Role : We are looking for a Senior Solar PSU Loan Manager to lead and optimize our PSU bank loan programs for residential and commercial rooftop solar customers. This role requires deep experience in banking operations, stakeholder management within public sector banks, and strong process orientation. You will act as the key liaison between internal teams, customers, and PSU bank partners to drive financing penetration, reduce TAT, and enable seamless loan disbursals. Job Responsibilities : • Lead the end-to-end PSU loan process across all regions – from application to disbursement. • Build and maintain senior-level relationships with PSU bank officials at zonal and branch levels. • Streamline onboarding and training for new branches to scale disbursements across geographies. • Monitor and resolve delays, rejections, or documentation gaps in real-time. • Drive adoption of digital or semi-digital loan journeys to minimize branch-level dependency. • Ensure all compliance, eligibility checks, and subsidy linkages are completed as per bank and MNRE norms. • Collaborate with sales and operations teams to improve financing-led sales closures. • Develop dashboards and MIS reports to track performance, rejection rates, and disbursement cycles. • Escalate and resolve systemic issues or policy barriers with PSU HQs and senior stakeholders. • Mentor a small team of loan operations or branch support executives. Must Have : 5–8 years of experience in retail loans, preferably in PSU bank liaison or solar/home improvement financing.
