INTERIOR DESIGNERS WHO ARE LOOKING FOR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ROLE ONLY. *Minimum 1 - 2 years of interior sales experience is a must* *Upon 2 rounds of interviews we'd request the candidate to come meet the team and submit assignments as a final deciding factor* A primary background of interior design services and luxury bespoke interiors industry would be prioritised. The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident with building new client relationship and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills to walk the talk of luxury interiors clientele. Work experience over degrees are respected highly. Responsibilities Build relationships with prospective new clients Maintain consistent contact with existing clients Manage sales pipeline Analyze market and establish competitive advantages Track metrics to ensure targets are hit Daily sales number and target should be met Proof of proven records would be a plus Qualifications Bachelor's degree in interior design would be a plus Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success Strong negotiation skills Strong communication and presentation skills CRM experience is preferred Innovative proposals or offer building would be considered as an asset
