This post is for: Lead – Client Reputation Custodian As the Client’s Reputation (ERP) Custodian at Brand Balance, you’ll be the Client's Brand Reputation architect. You help organizations design, implement, and sustain the ERPs — Efforts, Resources & Processes — that power Corporate Brand Reputation. From pre-measurement readiness to post-measurement course correction, you’ll be the trusted bridge between CXOs, Corporate Comms, data teams, and long-term reputation impact. The candidate will interpret data, recommend ERP actions, prepare key reports, and ensure the CXO–Corporate Communications “Collective” stays aligned on ERPs (Efforts, Resources, and Processes). Key Responsibilities: 1. Translate business and communication goals into a structured ERP (Efforts, Resources, Processes) framework tailored for Brand Reputation management 2. Drive alignment across CXOs, Corporate Communications, and external partners, ensuring consistent execution and improved brand + business scores 3. Shape strategic reputation narratives by advising CXOs and Comm Heads on messaging, resource allocation, and stakeholder impact 4. Lead ERP readiness and implementation, guiding organizations to embed scientific planning and execution across the CXO–CorpComm–Agency assembly line 5. Design and activate a customized Measurement & Data Analytics framework, ensuring real-time tracking of brand reputation indicators 6. Interpret dashboards, reports, and stakeholder data to generate monthly insights, advisory notes, and corrective action plans 7. Bridge data and action by working closely with analytics and tech teams to turn backend intelligence into client-facing impact 8. Develop client-ready reports, frameworks, and review decks that align efforts, resources, and processes with tangible outcomes 9. Conduct regular quality assurance across the ERP framework — including INPUT-OUTPUT-OUTCOME 10. Maintain strategic momentum by proactively identifying gaps, recommending course corrections, and reinforcing ERP discipline over time Criteria: 1. Around 10 years of experience in Corporate Brand Reputation, PR, Corporate Communications, Brand Strategy, or Business Consulting 2. Proven track record in client-facing roles with planning, reporting, or measurement & data analytics responsibilities 3. Holistic understanding of Measurement & Data Analytics, Stakeholder communication, and Reputation frameworks 4. Comfortable with interpreting data, using dashboards (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, basic BI tools), and recommending strategic actions 5. Strong communication and visualization skills — capable of creating boardroom-ready reports and presentations 6. To build, sustain, and manage Brand Reputation, measurement, and data analytics-led ERPs (Efforts, Resources, and Processes) become the foundation. Brand Balance’s Measurement & Data-led third-party service offerings – Consultancy & Advisory, Quality Assurance, Measurement & Data Analytics, Tech Design, Training Programs & Content Management - are oriented towards preparing Organizations to build & sustain Corporate Brand Reputation.
