We’re officially launching in 2 weeks and are scaling up our warehouse and order fulfilment team to support our e-commerce and retail operations across India. Key Responsibilities: Daily Order Management: Monitor and process daily orders from platforms like Zoho/Odoo. Coordinate and book shipments through Shiprocket or similar logistics software. Ensure timely and accurate order dispatches. Warehouse Handling: Oversee inventory storage, movement, and stock levels at the warehouse. Handle inward/outward movement of goods, maintain records. Keep warehouse organized, clean, and compliant with safety norms. Logistics Coordination: Liaise with delivery partners to ensure smooth pickups and deliveries. Track all shipments and resolve delivery delays or issues. Prepare dispatch documents, labels, and invoices when needed. Software & Systems: Operate and update Zoho or Odoo ERP systems for inventory and order processing. Manage dispatch reports, stock ledgers, and logistics reports using software tools. Requirements: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics handling. Hands-on experience with Zoho, Odoo, or similar inventory/order management software. Familiarity with platforms like Shiprocket, Pickrr, or other courier aggregator tools. Basic computer skills (Excel, email, PDF). Attention to detail and good organizational skills. Must be dependable and proactive in resolving issues. Preferred: Experience in FMCG or e-commerce order fulfilment is a plus. Working knowledge of basic GST invoices and logistics documentation.
