We’re Hiring – Senior Sales Manager / Executive – Modern Trade (Toys Category) Location: PAN India (Base: Jalandhar) Company: Toyshine – India’s One of Fastest-Growing Toy Brand Experience: Minimum 10 Years in Modern Trade Toy Sales Toyshine is expanding its national footprint in Modern Trade . We’re hiring seasoned Sales Leaders with proven experience in handling modern retail chains (like DMart, Reliance, Metro, More, Spencer's, etc.) for toys and related categories. This is a critical growth role and ideal for professionals who’ve successfully driven listings, planograms, promotions, and account management across large-format retail. Key Responsibilities: Drive MT sales through existing retail chain relationships and new tie-ups Ensure listing, stock movement, visibility, and secondary sales across chains Manage planogram execution, scheme rollouts, and in-store promotions Build strategic partnerships with buyers and category managers at key MT accounts Coordinate internally for pricing, dispatches, and promotional calendars Generate P&L accountability per account and push monthly targets Ideal Candidate: Minimum 10 years of modern trade sales experience in toys Existing relationships with MT retail chains, regional or national Deep understanding of GTIN-level tracking, margins, and billing structures Strong in data handling, account planning, and cross-functional coordination Candidates with experience in Funskool, Mattel, Hasbro, or similar brands are preferred What We Offer: Competitive fixed salary + Profit Incentives Travel & mobile reimbursement Send your resume to with the subject: “Application – MT Sales Manager – (Your City/Region) ” Or message me directly here on LinkedIn
