ROLE: Land Acquisition Manager Experience: 2–3 Years Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan Employment: Full-time | Office-based | Immediate joiners preferred KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Handle the complete land acquisition lifecycle: site identification, due diligence, negotiations, and documentation. Liaise with revenue departments, tehsils, gram panchayats, and other government agencies to ensure legal clarity and support. Manage land-related documentation—ownership verification, mutation, registry, patta, and compliance tracking. Ensure smooth coordination with local communities and stakeholders during acquisition and post-acquisition phases. Maintain meticulous legal records and ensure full statutory compliance as per renewable energy guidelines. IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE Graduate in Law, Geography, Rural Development, or relevant disciplines. Experience in real estate, infrastructure, solar energy, or local land consultancy. Excellent communication skills and field-level negotiation abilities. Strong understanding of Rajasthan land revenue systems and regulatory norms. Willingness to travel extensively within the state.
