We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to play a key role in our Digital Automation & Innovation Program, with a strong focus on RPA, AI, projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying automation opportunities, managing the program pipeline, leading process discovery workshops, and driving AI-enabled transformation projects across business units. This position requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and a track record of leading large-scale business transformation programs. What are the primary responsibilities of the Role? Lead discovery workshops to identify automation and AI opportunities across business units. Manage the end-to-end pipeline for automation, AI, and GenAI initiatives, including intake, prioritization, and tracking. Conduct in-depth process assessments, value analysis, and feasibility studies for automation and AI use cases. Define and document As-Is and To-Be process models, business requirements, and success metrics for transformation initiatives. Partner with technical leads to define solution scope and ensure timely delivery of AI and automation solutions. Act as a key interface between business stakeholders and delivery teams, ensuring alignment and managing expectations. Work on Generative AI projects, such as agentic AI, document summarization, knowledge search, or employee productivity tools. Track and report on program and project performance, including automation ROI, adoption, and business impact. Mentor junior BAs and contribute to knowledge-sharing across the team. Apply Lean Six Sigma principles to streamline business processes and identify improvement opportunities. Support change management and business readiness for AI and automation adoption. 10+ years of overall experience, with at least 6 years focused on automation, AI, or digital transformation initiatives. Proven experience managing end-to-end programs involving RPA, process reengineering, or intelligent automation. Strong knowledge of RPA tools A360) and experience supporting development teams. Domain expertise in at least two of the following: Procurement, HR, Logistics, Shared Services. Strong facilitation and documentation skills – including experience running workshops and creating executive-ready materials. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills across business and IT. Experience working in Agile and hybrid project environments. Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, with attention to detail. Preferred to have Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or above). Familiarity with AI tools and platforms such as Microsoft Copilot, Azure OpenAI, or ChatGPT, particularly in business productivity scenarios.
