Job Summary: This is a P&L leadership role that blends strategic thinking with fast-paced execution. You’ll build the roadmap for new city growth, lead cross-functional teams, and deliver on aggressive targets around revenue, payback, and profitability. You’ll also serve as the internal champion for new city investments, rallying org-wide support and shaping how cult.fit scales in India’s next 100 cities. Key Responsibilities: Strategy & Road mapping ● Build a 5-year expansion blueprint—covering city prioritization, investment planning, formats, and pricing. ● Define success metrics and milestone frameworks for each city. P&L Ownership ● Own full P&L for new city gyms: revenue, margin, payback period, and ROI. City Launch & Execution ● Lead end-to-end city launches. Ensure launch timelines and early performance targets are met. ● Build and manage a team of city owners with direct accountability. Cross-functional Leadership ● Work with central expansion, product P&L teams, operations, marketing, and business finance to align on execution. Org Building & Influence ● Evangelize new city growth internally, drive senior buy-in, and secure investment support. ● Build a replicable city ops model and local ecosystem. Structured Problem Solving ● Solve on-ground problems through structured thinking and a strong grasp of operating metrics. Qualifications and Skills: ● 6–10 years in P&L/category/business leadership roles; offline/ops-heavy environments preferred. ● Must have experience launching or scaling new cities/geographies. ● Strong team leadership and management track record. ● Deep data orientation and structured thinking. ● Bias for speed and execution. ● Passion for building for non-metro India. ● Comfortable with frequent travel to Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities.
