Roles and Responsibilities: · Should be able to manage distinct processes/projects like Operations, Database, Storage (SAN L3), OBIEE, Development Teams, and InfoSec Teams. · Drive Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly Business Review calls to perfection. · Conducting Incident Report/Root Cause Analysis for any incidents that may occur. · Ensuring timely delivery of Development Sprint milestones. · Establishing departmental goals, and guiding teams to reach targets. · Managing IT budgets, forecasting expenses, and ensuring cost-effectiveness. · Strategically planning, executing business expansion initiatives, and ensuring operational efficiency. · Timely resolution of customer requests via ticketing tool (JIRA or other), chat, or emails ensuring they are on track with their projects and responsibilities. · Upholding P1/P2 SLA commitments. · Coaching team members, fostering professional growth, and identifying training needs. · Engaging in Request for Proposals (RFP) projects. · Collaborating closely with the local team to align objectives with the company's global vision. Requirements : · 8-10 years proven experience in Operations Management. · Familiarity with development projects like , tools, and processes. · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. · Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. · Strong knowledge of Strategic planning, Resource allocation, Team Leadership, Process Involvement, Communication and Coordination, Performance evaluation, and Adaptability and Change Management.
