Business Growth Executive – High-Value luxury segment All-Terrain SSVs & UTVs Location: Bangalore, Karnataka, with flexibility for travel to client locations, test tracks, and luxury events across India. Compensation Package: As per industry standard with benefits like incentives, ESOP /ASOP based on performance Position Summary A-THON is seeking an entrepreneurial and polished Business Growth Executive with deep experience in high-end sales, specifically in the luxury automotive, adventure sports, or premium lifestyle product sectors. This role will be pivotal in positioning A-THON’s flagship all-terrain vehicle, the ASHVA 4x4, as the premier off-road vehicle in India’s luxury market. The Executives will curate exclusive experiences for High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs) and Ultra-High-Net-Worth Individuals (UHNIs) while also driving sales by forming strategic relationships, building a premium brand presence, and creating unique and memorable interactions. What We’re Looking For: We need a motivated professional who can: -Drive Sales Growth: Proven experience in sales, especially with high-value or luxury products. -Specialize in Luxury Sales Management: Candidates with a specialization in luxury sales management are strongly preferred. -Manage High-Profile Clients: Build and sustain relationships with premium clients, ensuring long- term partnerships. -Develop Strategic Pricing: Understanding of luxury market dynamics, able to create and justify a pricing strategy that reflects exclusivity and value. -Innovate with Passion: A deep interest in precision technology, mobility solutions, and adapting in a start-up environment where agility and creativity are key. -Communicate and Inspire: Skilled in verbal storytelling to effectively convey our product's value and A-THON's mission. Key Skills: 1. Client Relationship Management: - Expertise in nurturing long-term relationships with HNIs and UHNIs, emphasizing trust and client- centric solutions. - Experience handling high-profile clients with confidentiality, sensitivity, and the utmost professionalism. - Proven track record of delivering personalized experiences aligned with luxury clients’ expectations. 2. Luxury Sales & Consultative Selling: - Skilled in consultative selling, understanding each client’s lifestyle and needs, and framing the product as both a functional and aspirational purchase. - Ability to confidently communicate A-THON’s value proposition, focusing on the unique technical features, performance capabilities, and exclusivity of the ASHVA 4x4. 3. Event Planning & Experience Marketing: - Proficient in organizing invitation-only test drives, exclusive reveals, and other high-touch events that generate excitement and drive client interest. - Knowledgeable about curating experiences for niche audiences, leveraging these events for brand positioning and high-quality lead generation. 4. Digital Marketing Insight & Social Media Savvy: - Working knowledge of digital marketing and CRM tools to support high-end lead generation, manage client relationships, and drive targeted campaigns. - Ability to collaborate with A-THON’s digital marketing team to create refined social media campaigns that reach HNI/UHNI audiences. 5. Negotiation & Closing Skills: - Strong negotiation skills, especially in high-value transactions, with a focus on achieving sales without diminishing brand exclusivity. - Ability to handle delicate pricing discussions, using tactics such as scarcity, exclusivity, and product uniqueness to close deals effectively. 6. Strategic Partnership Development: - Ability to develop and manage partnerships with luxury brands, premium venues, and elite organizations to increase brand reach within HNI/UHNI networks. - Skilled in networking with industry peers, building a presence in high-net-worth circles, and using these connections to generate leads. 7. Data-Driven Decision Making - Experience in utilizing CRM and sales analytics tools to track client engagement, conversion rates, and sales performance, adjusting strategies accordingly to maximize client acquisition and retention. 8. Financial Acumen & Budget Management - The ability to plan and manage budgets for events, promotions, and partnership campaigns, ensuring a high ROI without compromising the brand's premium image 9. Reporting & Sales Performance Analysis - Regular Reporting: Prepare detailed monthly and quarterly sales reports, including key metrics such as sales targets achieved, lead conversion rates, client retention, and revenue growth. Client Engagement & Relationship Management: - Build and manage a portfolio of HNI/UHNI clients, serving as their primary point of contact and ensuring each interaction reflects A-THON’s premium brand. - Maintain ongoing relationships through consistent follow-ups, personalized experiences, andregular updates on product developments and special events. - Conduct product demonstrations that highlight the unique technological and performance featuresof the ASHVA 4x4, educating clients on how these benefits align with their specific needs and preferences. 2. Sales Strategy & Target Achievement: - Develop and execute a sales strategy that positions A-THON’s ASHVA 4x4 as a must- have foraffluent, adventure-seeking clients. - Employ exclusivity tactics (e.g., limited editions, custom options) to drive urgency and appeal toclients’ desire for uniqueness. 3. Event Coordination & Experience Marketing: - Plan, execute, and oversee exclusive events (e.g., private test drives, VIP launch events) I partnership with premium venues and brands. - Work closely with marketing and product teams to ensure these events are memorable, aligning with the values of A-THON’s brand and target audience. 4. Market Research & Strategic Partnerships: - Conduct ongoing market research to understand competitor positioning, customer preferences, and emerging trends in luxury off-road vehicles. - Build strategic alliances with luxury brands and lifestyle companies, extending A-THON’s reach within the premium sector. 5. After-Sales Relationship Building: - Coordinate with service and support teams to ensure a seamless post-sales experience, enhancingclient satisfaction and reinforcing long-term loyalty. - Collect feedback to share with A-THON’s R&D team, ensuring future products align with client expectations and desires. 6. Brand Representation at Luxury Events: - Represent A-THON at high-profile industry events, networking with potential clients and partners,and promoting A-THON’s products and brand values. - Leverage these events to enhance brand visibility, credibility, and industry relationships. 7. Leadership & Team Development - Mentor and train junior sales associates or interns as A-THON grows, fostering a team aligned with luxury sales principles and high-net-worth client servicing standards. - Work closely with marketing, engineering, and customer support teams to ensure a unified brand experience from initial client contact through post-sales support.
