Job Title: Admin & IT Executive Industry: Hotel & Hospitality Job Description Key Responsibilities Employee Coordination Generate and manage employee IDs and related access cards. Maintain up-to-date employee records for all staff. Inventory Management Monitor and manage IT and general inventories, including hardware, office supplies, and consumables. Maintain comprehensive inventory sheets and ensure records are accurate and up to date. Data & Sheet Maintenance Create, update, and audit Excel or Google Sheets for staff data, inventories, and administrative logs. Prepare and circulate daily, weekly, or monthly reports as required. Email Communication Draft, distribute, and respond to internal and external emails. Manage group inboxes and ensure timely communication with hotel staff and vendors. IT Support & Troubleshooting Provide first-line support for IT issues, including troubleshooting computers, printers, Wi-Fi, and software. Coordinate with external IT vendors for complex issues or hardware servicing. System Administration Oversee the issuance and control of user accounts and passwords. Ensure regular data backups and maintain security standards in data handling. Support system upgrades, installations, and initial configuration of new hardware/software. Compliance & Documentation Ensure adherence to security policies about data access, equipment, and information systems. Prepare documentation and records required for audit purposes. Skills & Qualifications Experience in hospitality administration and/or IT support roles. Strong knowledge of inventory and documentation management. Proficiency with MS Office Suite (especially Excel), reservation systems, and basic hardware troubleshooting. Solid email drafting and communication skills. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work independently. Excellent interpersonal skills for coordinating with various departments. Preferred Experience 2+ years in a similar administration or IT support role within the hospitality sector.
