​Role and Responsibilities​ L eadership and Team Management: Recruit, hire, train, and supervise a team of beauty advisors and support staff. Set clear expectations and goals for the team, providing ongoing coaching, feedback, and development opportunities. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork and employee engagement. S ales and Revenue Generation: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, such as daily sales, average transaction value (ATV), units per transaction (UPT), and conversion rates. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets and maximize profitability. C ustomer Experience and Satisfaction: Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained at all times. Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. O perational Efficiency and Compliance: Oversee day-to-day store operations, including inventory management, stock replenishment, and store maintenance. Monitor and control operational expenses to optimize profitability and efficiency. V isual Merchandising and Store Presentation: Maintain visual merchandising standards to enhance the store's visual appeal and maximize product visibility. Ensure proper signage, displays, and product placements to drive sales and highlight promotional offers.
