We are seeking a dynamic and seasoned Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our Executive Leadership Team and lead the overall operations of the organization. Based at our headquarters in MG Road, Bangalore. The COO will play a pivotal role in leading and driving operational excellence, internal systems, and aligning cross-functional teams with strategic business goals. As the second-in-command, the COO will work in close partnership with the CMD and senior leaders to implement growth strategies, scale operations, and maintain organizational agility. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership capabilities, deep operational acumen, and a proven track record of managing and transforming Organisation in fast-paced, multi-functional environments. Experience across industries such as construction, food, manufacturing, or general management leadership will be essential. Qualifications & Experience : Education: MBA or an equivalent postgraduate degree from a top-tier or premier business school (e.g., IIMs, ISB, or global equivalents). Strong academic foundation in Business Administration, Operations Management, Strategy, and general management. Experience: Minimum 20 years of progressive leadership experience in operations, with at least 10–15 years in a senior executive or C-level position. Demonstrated expertise in building and scaling operational functions, leading cross functional teams, and delivering high-impact results.
